The NARVA Germany exclusive vacuum tube solar collector have been designed to give maximum energy absorption. | Hourly Rates: | There is a minimum charge of one hour on all jobs, thereafter work is charged in 15 minute increments. All rates exclude the cost of materials and are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate. |
| Day Rate Work: | Charges are based on a full 10 hour day and must equate to hours actually worked. The charge must be reduced pro rata if less than 10 hours are worked. Day Rates are based on the hourly charge less 10%. |
| Fixed Price: | Written and verbal quotations are available from our engineers or we are happy to make an appointment for an estimator to assess your job. All quotations are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate. |
| No Extra Charges: | Customers will not be charged for parking, the time engineers spend travelling to jobs (unless more than one hours drive from Kirkcaldy), or the London congestion charge. |
| Estimates: | **Estimates are generally non chargeable. Some estimates may incur a charge depending on the nature of the work, the area and the time of the appointment. Any charge made will be deducted from the final invoice. |
| Materials: | Materials supplied by BestHeat.co.uk will be charged at cost plus 20%. Collection time will be kept to a minimum - any charge will be agreed with the customer in advance and not exceed 45 minutes. |
| Invoice: | An invoice will always be produced clearly showing a full description of work carried out - a breakdown of the cost of labour and the materials used. |
| Payment: | Payment must be made in full by cheque or cash to the engineer upon receipt of invoice. We do not accept credit or debit card payments. |
